No-Ice-Cream-Maker Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream

I am a huge fan of ice cream and frozen desserts. Ice cream cake, yogurt ice cream, soft serve, mochi ice cream, sorbet, sherbet, sundae, bingsu (shaved ice of Korea), baobing (shaved ice of Taiwan/China), halo-halo (shaved ice with medley of fruit preserves, beans, gelatine, leche flan, yam paste, ice cream of Philippines), name it and I'll definitely eat all of them except maybe for wasabi and other strange flavors but it doesn't mean that I won't give it a taste.

I've always wanted to learn how to make ice cream since I was a kid especially the ones that don't require ice cream maker. How did they do it in the old times? If they were able to make it without modern ice cream machines, then it should be possible to make it at home too. The only thing an ice cream machine has is a bowl that you should freeze and a paddle attachment to churn it. When I found out how to make it, I just realized how much ingredients you need and how rich it is. This very light sugar-free peanut butter banana ice cream is just excellent as dessert or snack. It's all natural and healthy so you don't have to closely watch the amount you eat.

This recipe is as good as an ice cream because the bananas lend creaminess to the ice cream. It also won't need heavy cream to make it rich. Bananas are always good with nuts so adding peanut butter would make it creamier and nutty. You can swap it with almond butter or other nut butter you like. You can also use yogurt instead of milk to make it even creamier with the added hint of tartness. The best thing is that you don't need elbow grease to make this work.
