After trying Ikea's salmon spread, I had wanted to try making my own version. It's mostly because I don't want to go to Ikea just to get a salmon spread.
Preparation is super fast and easy. Simply put the 1 cup smoked salmon, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, spring onions, salt, and pepper in food processor then blitz until creamy and smooth. Finely chop the remaining ½ cup smoked salmon then fold into the dip. Note: You can just finely chop the spring onions then fold it in to add texture.
If the dip comes out too thick, add more yogurt to loosen it. Some smoked salmon is very salty so you might not to add anymore salt or lessen it.
