Roasted Lamb Rack

Lamb rack is not very common as other types of meat. I probably just eat it once a year. It's meaty and delicious. Since it's only usually available in expensive restaurants, I wanted to try making it myself. I must say, it turned out beautifully. Serve it with some greens and it's the perfect meal.
